Crowdsourcing?

What do we feel for crowdsourcing? 

Crowdsourcing for talent? Crowdsourcing for interest? 

Any type of crowdsoucing, I feel like there should be more of it. But I know I have many going against this. Just havent figured out why, but would love to know!
